Founded by artist Courtney Senior, Art and Found Day is the largest annual free art give-a-way in the world.

How It Works

• Artists choose one or more artworks to give away. It could be a painting, photograph, drawing, handmade item, music album, etc.

• Each piece is packaged up safely and clearly marked with the hashtag #ArtandFoundDay2026.

• An additional note is placed inside with information about the piece and the artist.

• Artworks are left in public places in the artist’s community for people to find on March 12th, 2026.

• Lucky individuals find a work of art and take it home!
